Keyan is an Associate Lecturer in Management at the University of St Andrews School of Management. He received his PhD from Cardiff Business School in 2017.

Keyan's research lies at the intersection of organisation studies, international business and sociology. It focuses on the study of identity, discourse and power in the context of MNCs. Empirically, his research investigates the international business management and organisational dynamics of Chinese firms in the UK. Currently he is working on a number of projects, exploring:

  • the dynamic and processual nature of organisational identity
