Images of the John Morton Boyd collection

John Morton Boyd was Director (Scotland) of the Nature Conservancy Council and advisor and chairman of many other environmental organisations. His papers, containing notes on academic research, correspondence, manuscripts of published works, and photographs, are a rich source for aspects of Scotland's natural history, as well as environmental policy and related matters. There are also papers for Boyd's biography of Frank Fraser Darling (1903-1979), human ecologist and senior lecturer in ecology and conservation, University of Edinburgh.
