The Richardson Research Library at Martyrs Kirk
The Thomson Research Reading Room is open to all registered postgraduate students, academic and academic-related staff. Access to the building’s front entrance and to the Thomson Room is controlled by proximity card readers – please have your student/staff ID card with you at all times.

The Dr Ettie Stewart Steele Reading Room in the Purdie Building is now operating on a reference-only basis. Books are not available for loan, although lending copies of some titles are held in the JF Allen Library (Physics building) and the Main Library. Photocopying facilities are available in the library.
Normal opening hours are 0900-1700.
