How to Get Help

In order to get help with your connection you can submit a connection problem directly to the our support staff within IT Service Desk.

Further help is also available from the IT Service Desk in the Main library.

You can contact the IT Service Desk:

By webmail, send emails to: itservicedesk

Or in person: Level 2, Main University Library, North Street (just inside the main entrance on your left-hand side)


Additional help may be sought from IT representatives in halls where available. Details of these should be available in your hall of residence.
