How to log-in at the printer

Present your University ID card to the proximity card reader, the card reader will beep when it is recognised.

Depending on which printer you are using, the reader is built-in to the control panel of the printer or is attached to the side of the printer. Your card should already be registered with the system.

Note: UNIPRINT can only be used with one ID card, therefore if you are a staff member as well as a student your account will be set to whatever your main role is. If this is your staff account then your print jobs will be tracked and charged to your department (you will need to use your staff ID card). If you are registered as a student in the system then you will be set to pay prior to use. To add money to your account prior to using the system go to myprint.st-andrews.ac.uk  . You can also add credit to your account using cash at the Moneyloader devices situated in the Main Library Level 2, or the JF Allan library.
