The IT service catalogue is a list of the customer-facing services provided by IT Services.  Each service has a link that expands to show the service description, delivery scope, service access, service hours, service support, service targets, service owner, and business owner.

Whilst each service entry does contain details of how to get support for that service it is not a resource that will answer your support queries. For specific support queries please see our online support resources, accessed through our website, or contact the IT Service Desk.

IT Service Desk opening hours

Monday to Friday:

Email and telephone support 08.30 – 17.00
Front desk support from 09.00 to 18.00
Closed for staff training every Friday (09.30 - 10.30)

Saturday: 10.00 – 17.00 (front desk service only)
Sunday: 11.00 – 18.00 (front desk service only)
