Office 365 Mobile

pYou can access your University email, calendar and contacts using different mobile devices.

Note: Staff and Students must PIN lock their device in order to receive email via their University account.

In addition staff must encrypt their device to be able to receive email; see the mobile security page.  Students are not required to encrypt their device.  However, by applying a PIN on an iPhone the device will automatically encrypt the data.

If you cannot or do not want to encrypt your device or apply a PIN lock you will be unable to connect to your email via Exchange.  However, you can use the Outlook Web Access (OWA) to access your mail and calendar.
