Creative Scotland provides strategic leadership in the development of the arts, creative and screen industries across Scotland. Working within Scotland's Creative Industries Partnership (SCIP), it has a budget of £75 million to enhance the cultural and creative industries’ role and contribution to the cultural and economic wellbeing of Scotland. Its activities are financed by an annual grant-in-aid from the Scottish Government, by the National Lottery, and from income generated by its activities.
