Feedback: Disciplinary procedure

As part of an evaluation on the online Disciplinary procedure, HR welcomes feedback from employees on the document.

The purpose of the disciplinary procedure is to be corrective if reasonably possible rather than punitive; and it should be recognised that the existence of this policy is to help and encourage employees to achieve and maintain acceptable standards of conduct and to ensure consistent and fair treatment for all.
