WINRAM, ARCHIBALD [SSNE 8547]
Text source
Archibald Winram (Winraham) is noted as being associated with Bergen in 1595. On 3rd January that year, Patrick Hume of Polwarth was appointed Tutor to Isobel Winraham [SSNE 8546], the daughter of Archibald. The word Bergen appears directly after his name, and it may be he remained in Bergen and sent his daughter to Hume for her education.
