Andrew Barclay of Mathers (Andreas Barkley von Mäthers) was a merchant in Livonia. He was accepted as a burgher of Pernau (Pärnu) in Livonia in 1646. He was first married to NN Stael, sister to Conrad Stael von Holstein, merchant and burgomaster of Pernau. Secondly he was married to NN Puls, daughter of merchant Jakob Puls. He had a son and daughter named Maria.
