Claude Hamilton was a lieutenant in the company of Sir Francis Henderson [SSNE 8024] in the Scots-Dutch Brigade. On 26 January 1613, he married Johanna Slots in Sluis. Slots was the widow of one Johannes Jeronimus Conrardus.
