Anna Elisabeth Leyell was born and lived in Sweden. We know of her from her ownership on a copy of the Book of Common Prayer (1676 edition) in which her bookplate in is dated 27 April 1696 (Elgenstierna states 07 April). This looks to have been a gift to celebrate her birth. She was born in Älvkarleö in the north of the Uppsala region, and lived until 20 April 1762. Anna Elisabeth was one of ten siblings, all being the children of David Leyell [SSNE 3622] and Margareta Lundia (aka Mörling).
