HERCULES, ALEXANDER [SSNE 7959]

Alexander Hercules was a musketeer serving on the VOC ship Duyvel out of Delft under Captain William Andriesz in 1619. He named Christina Midi, his wife in Leith, his heir.
NB. George Sims [SSNE 7960] was another Scot serving on the Duyvel at this time.
