Christina Clerck was born in 1669. She was the daughter of Stockholm "stadsfiskal" and councillor James Clerck [SSNE 7436] and his wife Catarina Carlsdotter Ekenbom. She first married Jonas Andreae Petrelius, although it is unknown where and when, and he died in 1694. Nothing is known of Petrelius' origins, but he had been a student at Uppsala in 1677 and was ordained a priest and served at Nikolai church from 1691. Christina married Petrelius' successor in her second marriage, Nicolaus Petri Hiort in May 1695. She died in December 1696 (although Berg gives 1697).
