John Manger, who is noted as from Pago Schonhorst/Gniazdowo, was amongst the Scots and English in Neytyk/Nowy Staw who subscribed to the subsidy for King Charles II in 1651. He paid 20 florins, whilst in combination with Paul Poslo [SSNE 6833] and his unnamed son, James Boswell [SSNE 6834], Albert Finlay [SSNE 6835], Nigel Young [SSNE 6836], Nicolas Young [SSNE 6838] the community paid 504 florins together.
