On 4 March 1608 Albert Kin, along with John Thorbes (probably SSNE 5096), provided surety for Bartholomew Burnet's (SSNE 5073)promise to marry or acquire land within one year of becoming a citizen of Cracow. In 1612 there is a note that Kin promised to supply an unnamed Scotsmans birthbrieve. In 1617 Kin summoned Alexander Dixon (SSNE 5090)and George Emzle (SSNE 5094) to verify that Lewis Kin, a gilder, was his and his wife Catherine's son. Later in 1618 an Albert Kin, most probably the same man, was himself summoned, along with William Forbes (SSNE 5104), by John Ingrijm (SSNE 5112) to testify that he was the son of Daniel Ingrijm (SSNE 5113). In 1619 Kin called on John Barbier, goldsmith (SSNE 5121), and Andrew Hunter (SSNE 5122), both citizens of Cracow to declare that James Kin was his son
