Alexander Morgan served as an ensign in James Spens' [SSNE 1642] regiment in 1629. The following year he was an ensign in George Crawford's [SSNE 2086] regiment and became a reformed ensign in George Fleetwood's [SSNE 2208]company in 1631. He may be the English Captain Morgan noted as being killed at Nordlingen in September 1634The Modern History of the World.
