'Richard' Graham was captain in Steinecker's recruited infantry regiment in 1650. There is another 'R. Graham' operating at this period as an agent for Scotland [SSNE 2525], sometimes called captain and a nephew of Hugo Mowatt [SSNE 800]. This could be the same man although the drop in rank does not make it likely.
