Albrecht Duwall served first a fanrik (1666) in the Uppland regiment until 1674 when he became a lieutenant. In 1678 he was promoted captain. He got into trouble in the 1680s resulting in numerous letters and petitions on his behalf by the extended Duwall family. At some point he married Beata Philp [SSNE 8303]. Albrecht died in July 1682.
