James Dunbar served as a quartermaster in Johan Skytte's [SSNE 6280] recruited regiment in Swedish service in 1635. This is probably the same James Dunbar who was noted as the leader of company in 1635. This is probably the same man who served as Quartermaster General in the Danish army in the late 1620s [SSNE 421]
