Alexander Fleming was a captain in Swedish service. He was in Alexander Hamilton [SSNE 380]/John Hamilton's [SSNE 2595] regiment in 1632. This regiment was taken over by Ludovick Leslie [SSNE 396] and served at the battle of Lutzen. He may be the same Captain Flemming noted as having arrived with Sir Frederick Hamilton's [SSNE 1184] troops in 1631.
