Robert Scotus was a doctor in Denmark-Norway. He was in Copenhagen from 1590-1587. He had obtained his qualification in Scotland, LL.D., and visited Uranienborg from 26-29 October 1590. Tycho Brahe fetched him at Copenhagen 15 September 1596, and he accompanied Brahe to Scania on 7 January 1597.T. Riis, Should Auld Acquaintance Be Forgot (Odense, 1988), p.73.
