Thesis Title: 'Scottish Unionist and Tory Ideas in the late Nineteenth and early Twentieth centuries'
Jonathan M Paquette currently studies European Intellectual History at the University of St Andrews. Deeply fascinated with Intellectual History, he examines genealogies of thought and their effects on public and private doctrines. Jonathan received his undergraduate education at Brown University and his master’s degree at Providence College.
Prior to beginning doctoral studies at St Andrews, he held adjunct faculty appointments at Providence College and the University of Rhode Island. He currently holds active memberships in several professional associations including the Northeast Conference on British Studies, the International Society for Intellectual History and the University of St Andrews Institute of Intellectual History.
In May 2014, he was awarded a Weaver Fellowship by the Intercollegiate Studies Institute.
