Marshall presents two papers at the Gerontological Society of America Conference

DGSD lecturer Alan Marshall gave two presentations at the Gerontological Society of America Conference in New Orleans.

The first paper is based on collaborative research involving colleagues at the University of Manchester and University College of London and considers how levels of frailty are changing across cohorts in the US and UK.

The second paper is co-authored with Dr Nissa Finney (St Andrews) and the impact of migration on wellbeing in later life demonstrating that the reason for migration is a key determinant of subsequent wellbeing.
