Youth Transitions Research Featured in Briefing by the Equality Trust

Monday 08 August 2016

Recent research by the Centre for Housing Research has been featured in a policy briefing by the Equality Trust on housing inequalities in the UK. It draws attention to a country divided by housing wealth, with a particular focus on the affordability challenges facing first-time-buyers.

The briefing references a recent journal article published by CHR researchers:  Hoolachan, J.; McKee, K.; Moore, T. and Soaita, A. (2016) ' "Generation Rent" and the ability to "settle down": economic and geographical variation in young people's housing transitions' (Online Early).

The full briefing from the Equality Trust can be accessed here.
