DGSD research student presents his PhD research in San Diego

First year PhD student Noor Saeed presented his PhD research on "Analysis of geographical variations of morbidity and mortality across Scotland" at the biggest GIS user conference in San Diego Convention Center, (California, US), organised by ESRI (Environment Systems Research Institute).

The conference was attended by 17,000+ people around 135 countries. Noor was also one of the selected candidates for Student Assistant role by ESRI (they select 60 students around 135 countries).
