Monday 08 June 2015

Undergraduate students in Geography enjoyed a week long field course in southern Iceland last week (28th May- 4th June).

Led by Drs Richard Streeter, Charles Warren and Bill Austin, and assisted by PhD student Fabricio Guevara, the 19 students learned about the interaction of glacial and volcanic processes in the spectacular setting of the area surrounding the Eyjafjallajökull and Myrdalsjökull icecaps.
