David McCollum on Scottish independence

Tuesday 05 August 2014

Dr David McCollum, lecturer in migration studies in the Department of Geography and Sustainable Development at the University of St Andrews, has written a chapter in a new book which seeks to help voters make an informed choice in the September 2014 referendum on Scottish independence.

In the book impartial experts examine sixteen questions that are central to the referendum debate and assess the claims of the Yes and No camps on these issues. Dr McCollum’s contribution explores the need for, and likelihood of Scotland having, a separate immigration policy.
