St Andrews Geographer scores a Hat-trick!

Wednesday 18 June 2014

William Austin and friends have recently completed a hat-trick of international workshops and conferences.

Details of the three events are listed below:‌

  • 7th May (Burlington House, Picadilly, London – supported by the EU COST action INTIMATE) Marine Radiocarbon and the INTIMATE timescale
  • 15th May (Burlington House, Picadilly, London – sponsored by the Quaternary Research Association and the Marine Studies Group) Chronology and Climate of the Last Interglacial
  • 22nd June (NIOZ, The Netherlands – sponsored by The Micropaleonological Society) Morphometrics10.

The photograph shows the rather INTIMATE workshop group at Burlington House, London – also attending from St Andrews were new D-EES appointees: Andrea Burke (front row, right) and James Rae (back row, right).
