PhD in Environmental Economics

Funding Status: fully funded competitive studentship

This is an opportunity for an exceptional student to undertake a PhD with the newly-formed environmental economics cluster within the Environment and Society Research Group, Department of Geography and Sustainable Development (DGSD). Areas of research which we are interested in supervising include the economics of ecosystem services and biodiversity, offset trading and Payment for Ecosystem Service schemes, and the economics of sustainable development.
