Samuel is an international expert in cultural and emergency response safeguarding Cultural Heritage in times of crisis. His previous projects include international programmes supported by ICCROM, the Smithsonian Institution, UNESCO and the Prince Claus Fund. The Community Crafts and Culture project is coordinated by the University's Museum, Galleries and Collections Insitute (MGCI) in the School of Art History. This event and project is funded by the Scottish Funding Council’s GCRF award programme.
