Leadership Development is Not a Spectator Sport

This event requires that you pre-register or buy tickets.

Description
This academic year the Graduate School at St Leonard's College is pleased to present a series of seminars taking an interdisciplinary view of leaders and leadership. In this seminar, open to all University staff and postgraduates, Dr Sandra Romenska leads an interactive discussion of some of the benefits and challenges of experiential learning for leadership. What are the implications for development if leadership is seen as a behaviour? What are the stories we tell ourselves about leadership? And finally, who is a better leader – Shrek or the Hulk?
