Experience, Emotion and Reflexive Practice in Leadership Formation

This event requires that you pre-register or buy tickets.

Description
This academic year the Graduate School at St Leonard's College is pleased to present a series of seminars taking an interdisciplinary view of leaders and leadership. In this seminar, open to all University staff and postgraduates, Professor Hibbert looks to bring new insights to bear on the emotional formation of leaders and how experience in stable or traumatic circumstances may be involved in the formation process. The seminar will develop new insights by considering how reflexive practice – a process of self-change in response to contextual challenges – can both explain and advance the potential for emotional formation for leaders.
