Conducting usability testing
This section outlines the process that members of staff must go through if they would like to conduct their own usability testing.
Following this process allows a member of staff from a School, Department or unit to take responsibility for the organisation, testing and reporting of a usability test. The involvement from digital communications in this process is significantly reduced compared with the process for requesting usability testing.
Any School, Department or unit within the University can request usability testing, but no usability testing must take place without the agreement of the digital communications team. All testing must take place using Lookback.
