MUSA, the Museum of the University of St Andrews, is currently closed for a period of refurbishment. When the Museum re-opens in Spring 2020, it will have two new galleries, a studio space, a new reception entrance area and new environmental controls all of which will allow us to produce exciting new programmes of exhibitions and events for all to enjoy.

Whilst MUSA is closed the University's other venues will be accessible. The Bell Pettigrew Museum is open to visitors Mondays to Fridays from 24 June 2019 to 30 August 2019 (excluding 26 June), from 1pm to 5pm. Visitors can view the Collections Centre in North Street by appointment.

The Museums will also have a continuing varied events programme at various locations in and around St Andrews.  For more details and for updates on the extension project, please see the Museum news web pages. You can find information about current exhibitions at other venues online and you can also view and search the collections online.
