The University has taken over the management of 40 houses in Leuchars, a 10 minute bus journey from St Andrews.  These terraced houses are in a quiet cul-de-sac with maintained gardens, yet a stone throw away from a bus stop served by the 99 Dundee-St Andrews bus every 10 minutes during peak periods. It is also a very short walk to Leuchars train station.

The houses have a downstairs kitchen, utility room and a large lounge/dining area while upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom with over bath shower. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and a washing machine. All equipment and furniture is new.

Rent: £120 per person per week, this includes utilities and broadband. There is no deposit and no guarantor required.  Payment can be arranged in instalments through student finance.

Dates: 2 September 2023 until 19 August 2024.
