St Gregory's Maintenance Programme 

Our maintenance programme may include the upgrade of some flats within St Gregory's which is across the courtyard during 2022-23 & 2023-24.  Residents of Gregory Place are advised to expect noise and inconvenience, due to refurbishment works taking place.

Planning Application - January 2023

The University has been made aware of a planning application lodged with Fife Council for the extensive refurbishment of a nearby property which may impact the residents of St Gregory's and Gregory Place with construction and traffic noise.  To date Planning has however not yet been obtained.
