Angus and Stanley Smith Houses are located in the centre of St Andrews.  Each flat in the houses includes a communal bathroom and kitchen with dining and living areas. The houses are only a minute’s walk away from the main high street in St Andrews, and a five to ten-minute walk away from University buildings.

Refurbishments and External maintenance work 2024-25

Due to rolling refurbishments Angus and Stanley Smith rooms will only be available for 38 week contracts (7 September 2024 - 31 May 2025). Students allocated with a 38 week contract will apply for summer accommodation if it is required. This is likely to involve transfer to a different residence.
