Angus and Stanley Smith Houses are located in the centre of St Andrews.  Each flat in the houses includes a communal bathroom and kitchen with dining and living areas. The houses are only a minute’s walk away from the main high street in St Andrews, and a five to ten-minute walk away from University buildings.

Refurbishments and External Maintenance Works Summer 2024

Due to rolling refurbishments Angus and Stanley Smith rooms will only be available for for 37 week contracts (2 September 2023 - 18 May 2024). Students allocated with a 37 week contract will apply for summer accommodation if it is required. This is likely to involve a transfer to a different residence.
