CSTPV staff have developed a cluster-based structure for streamlining the research agenda of the Centre and for maximizing its outputs in terms of peer-reviewed publications, grants and knowledge transfer.

The six clusters are:

  • The Evolution of Terrorism
  • Assessing the Effectiveness of Counter-Terrorism
  • The Psychology of Terrorism
  • Terrorism and the Internet
  • Organized Crime and Piracy
  • Insurgencies and Political Violence
