A select number of students will be eligible for limited funding. For the 2011-2012 academic year, funding is available to cover home fees (currently set at £3400 per year, although subject to change).
Eligible students must be accepted to do a post-graduate research degree in either the Schools of International Relations or Classics. Information about applying to the University can be found at: http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/admissions/pg/Applicationprocess/. Applications for the 2011-2012 academic year are due to the university by 31 May 2011.
Students wishing to apply for the programme must indicate on their application to the Schools of IR or Classics their interest in the programme. Eligible students will then be contacted by Dr Lang concerning the process of applying for funding from the Wilson Programme. A committee composed of members of the Centre for Global Constitutionalism will be constituted to review applications for funding.
The programme has been funded in the past by Earhart Foundation and is now funded by the University of St Andrews American Foundation, Inc.
