600th Anniversary Service of Thanksgiving & Reception

20th December 2012, 7.30pm
St Paul’s Cathedral

The Club warmly invites you to join with over 2,000 other graduates and their families in a special service to commemorate the 600th Anniversary of the University of St Andrews. Held in the magnificent surroundings of St Paul’s Cathedral, the Service will be a unique celebration of this historic event.

Building on the success of the last 7 Christmas Carol Services, this event will feature music and readings, along with the premiere of a specially commissioned choral piece to commemorate the anniversary. The Service will be followed by a Drinks Reception at a nearby venue.

Tickets for the Service and Reception will be available from late July 2012; please check back here then for further details. In the meantime, please support our work by joining the Club!

Welcome

Founded over 60 years ago, the University of St Andrews Alumni Club, London (USAACL) is the oldest and largest of St Andrews’ alumni networking groups spread across the world. It provides social and high-level networking opportunities for graduates of Scotland’s oldest University who live and work in and around London.

Membership is open to all graduates of the University, as well has those with a special connection to St Andrews. We organise a range of regular events throughout the year including lectures, drinks receptions, networking events and a Christmas Carol Service.

Currently with a membership of over 300 members; the Club’s Committee has established any ambitious Development Plan to grow numbers to over 1000 over the next 5 years.

The Club has sister organisations in New York and Washington and is keen to develop links with other St Andrews alumni organisations. We look forward to seeing you at a future event!
