Four-story main classroom block to the south, and assembly hall and music rooms to the north. The main public entrance is through the two-story connecting range.
The pathway to the aluminium main entrance doors is smooth concrete slabs laid in a diamond pattern, with the spaces filled with poured concrete. Fountains alongside (now disused) are of rough stone construction in spiral patterns. The same stone is used elsewhere on the building and grounds.
Windows are steel framed, painted bronze. Black panels are coated glass.
Both parts of the building feature very deep eaves, but neither is quite as simple as it appears in this view.
The three full height
windows are flanked by stripes of blue and grey glazed bricks.
