Advising and Matriculation for Undergraduate students
Advising and Matriculation for Semester 2 of Session 2011/12 will take place during Orientation on Friday 3 February 2012 in the Gateway.
See the Map of University (PDF, 204 KB) for the location of the Gateway.
Advising
You must attend Advising and have your module choices validated to become a matriculated (registered) student for the second semester of the 2011/12 academic year.
The only undergraduate students who will need to take part in Advising and Matriculation in February are new (entrant) students starting in February and those returning from leave of absence.
If you are not a new student and you are not returning from leave of absence and need to be re-advised (change your second semester modules), please contact your Adviser(s). If you do not know who your Adviser is you can find out by looking on your Advising module choices page. This is accessible from the Academic tab in iSaint.
If you will be in your Junior or Senior Honours years and are studying for a Joint Honours degree you must see the Honours Adviser of each of the subjects you will be studying e.g. if your degree is MA (Honours) French and Latin, you must see the Honours Adviser in French and the Honours Adviser in Classics.
