Finance (research advice and support)

The Finance department supports the University’s academic community with all aspects of research funding.  From helping to find, negotiate and secure potential funding opportunities, through drafting of required contracts, assistance with applications & proposals where appropriate and all aspects of post-award management including invoicing, budget reports and closure of accounts.

Each School has a dedicated team of support staff which includes business development managers, contracts managers, costing staff, management accountants and finance assistants to provide you with a cradle to grave research service. See Research Support at St Andrews.
