Language support for non-native speakers of English (IELSS)

The In-sessional English Language Support Service (IELSS) offers English language support to matriculated non-native speakers of English throughout their studies at the University. The support is currently offered in three forms:

  • One-to-one tutorials (bookable and drop-in)
  • Weekly workshops (e.g. Conversation, Language Accuracy and Academic Writing)
  • Learning resources (online and paper)

For the latest information about the types of support available and the classes that are running, see the IELSS web page.
