Studying part time
The opportunity for part-time study is available in all Faculties except Medicine. To qualify for part-time status candidates must show that they have insufficient time available to pursue studies full time (for example by having a job) or cannot study full time due to ill health.
Under the Immigration Rules there is no provision for international students to study part time in St Andrews. If you are in the UK with a student visa you must be registered full time, regardless of the level of study.
