Accessing your records

The University holds only relevant data on each of its students. The student records contain data of two sorts - personal details (e.g. contact information) and course information (e.g. current and past programme of study, modules currently being taken, and grades awarded for past modules). Access to this data is available online for registered students to view their individual records, via a secure server.

Personal details

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are kept up to date. You may do this at anytime during the year through iSaint. Just look for the Personal Details update link.

Course information

Students can view and print their current electronic record card through iSaint. If an official paper copy is required students should contact Registry at the address below. You can also use the following link to access Student record cards.
