Balls are an integral part of student social life
St Andrews is not only an institute with an outstanding academic reputation, but the University is also top for Student Experience. This includes everything else outside of studying. And there is a lot of everything else!
The Students' Association have over 115 societies covering a range of interests from Doctor Who and Caramel Wafers to European Politics. Visit the Societies Portal for the full list!
There are also six sub committees, which are essentially large societies that every student is automatically a member of:
- Broadcasting
- Charities Campaign
- Debates
- Drama (Mermaids)
- Music (MusicIsLove)
- Student Volunteering Service
The Students' Association also produce The Book, a student's guide to all things St Andrews.
