The Centre for Academic, Professional and Organisational Development can provide support and advice for staff on all aspects of development. If you are a new member of staff, a good place to start is our induction resource. Development programmes are outlined for three different groups of staff: post-doctoral research staff, academics and support staff. We also provide funding support for some developmental activities.
